All bookings made through Honor Tour & Travels are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment, as applicable. You will receive a confirmation email outlining your itinerary and payment details.
We accept payments via online transfer, UPI, NEFT, or approved payment gateways. Full payment must be made before the commencement of travel. Prices are quoted in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Refunds will depend on the cancellation policy applicable to your specific package, hotel, or airline partner. Non-refundable deposits or last-minute cancellations may attract retention charges.
Customers must ensure possession of valid ID proof, travel documents, and any required permits. Honor Tour & Travels is not liable for any denial of service due to missing or invalid documentation.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, government actions, strikes, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternate arrangements.
Honor Tour & Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators). We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or inconvenience caused by third parties during the course of travel.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or services of equal value if circumstances require. Customers will be informed in advance wherever possible.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
