INR refunds
Secure processing
1) General Rules
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
- Bank/PG charges, government taxes and non-refundable partner fees are not refundable.
- Refund timelines depend on the partner (hotel/airline/transport) policies applicable to your booking date and plan.

These are standard guidelines. Your voucher/email may include a stricter partner policy which will take precedence.
3) Non-Refundable Components
- Visa fees, permits, attraction tickets once issued.
- Flights with “non-refundable” fare class or special promo fares.
- Peak season surcharges (e.g., Christmas–New Year, national holidays), unless the partner confirms a waiver.
4) How to Request a Refund
- Email refunds@honortourandtravels.com with your booking ID, passenger names and reason for cancellation.
- We’ll confirm applicable partner penalties and share the refundable amount & timeline in writing.
- On your confirmation, we’ll process the refund and send a transaction acknowledgment.
Payout timelines
Gateway reversals: 3–7 working days • Bank transfers: 3–5 working days • Partner-dependent components: 7–21 working days.
5) Amendments Instead of Refund
If you’d like to change dates/guests/upgrades, we’ll try to adjust the booking with the partner. Any fare difference and partner change fee will apply; refunds may be lower than an amendment in peak periods.
